Senior Associate, Affiliate Marketing (Remote - New Jersey)

Description

  • Help deliver affiliate and performance partnership programs for clients across multiple industries and service platforms
  • Join client meetings and assist with agendas, reporting, and audit presentations
  • Provide input to strategic planning and campaign recommendations
  • Develop productive relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Paid Search, SEO, Social, and Retail Media teams on integrated marketing plans
  • Translate client objectives into campaign goals and KPI-focused deliverables
  • Handle placement bookings, reporting, text-link implementation, and partner onboarding or offboarding
  • Assist with campaign planning, account management, growth initiatives, project coordination, and communications
  • Review and analyze performance reports to support campaign optimization
  • Help grow revenue in line with client KPIs, objectives, and approved strategies
  • Use data and technology to solve business questions and improve campaign results
  • Work under the direction of a Senior Manager, Associate Director, or Director

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a related discipline
  • One to three years of affiliate or partner marketing experience in a performance marketing agency, affiliate or partnership network, influencer marketing setting, or in-house brand team
  • Two years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, performance PR, influencer marketing, affiliate network management with Impact.com or Rakuten Advertising, or a related area
  • Experience supporting revenue growth while meeting ROAS targets in retail or subscription ecommerce
  • Working knowledge of at least one affiliate platform, such as Impact.com, Partnerize, CJ, or Rakuten Affiliate Network
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when managing complex data sets and invoicing workflows
  • Careful execution of creative approvals, budgets, contracts, and campaigns
  • Genuine interest in affiliate and partnership marketing
  • Readiness to learn, adapt, and build new capabilities in a changing environment
  • Ability to quickly understand new technologies, industries, and guidelines and apply them to business goals
  • Familiarity with CPA optimization, publisher negotiations, benchmarking, and performance reporting across lead generation, ROAS, accounts opened, and CPA metrics
  • Interest in financial services, including banking, money transfer, lead generation, subscription business models, and content syndication partnerships
  • Interest in using content to increase revenue and brand awareness
