Description

  • Architect and design information systems
  • Develop agentic AI solutions, including Amazon Kiro
  • Design, implement, and maintain database layers for multi-tier applications
  • Design, implement, and maintain front-end layers for web applications
  • Perform data analysis and modelling, including physical database design
  • Develop and maintain database stored procedures
  • Configure and optimize databases
  • Run database testing programs
  • Define and integrate database components
  • Support database deployment and configuration
  • Join the Development team and work closely on site with a major client’s IT team

Requirements

  • University degree in IT and at least 15 years of relevant professional IT experience
  • Experience with web technologies, application design, and programming languages
  • Experience applying Agile principles and practices
  • Professional experience with Java 11, 17, or 21
  • Experience with Hibernate and JPA
  • Experience with Spring Boot, including REST APIs and security
  • Experience with Angular 15 or later
  • Experience with HTML and CSS
  • Experience with JEE frameworks and enterprise architecture
  • Experience with Oracle DBMS, including SQL, PL/SQL, query optimization, indexing, and Oracle Text
  • Experience with GitLab or the Atlassian suite, including Bitbucket and Bamboo, plus Maven
  • Deep understanding of service-oriented architecture
  • Deep understanding of software and database modelling tools
  • Good knowledge of business process analysis
  • Good knowledge of application development environments and tools
  • Knowledge of interoperability technologies, including REST and SOAP web services, message-oriented middleware, and service-oriented buses
  • Knowledge of Justice and/or Consumer-related public IT systems
  • Basic knowledge of EU policy objectives related to Justice, Consumers, Migration, or Home Affairs
  • Excellent command of English
  • Professional experience in a legal organization or department is an advantage
  • Familiarity with SonarQube, Kubernetes, and CaaS is an advantage
