- Own a customer portfolio and lead ROI and value initiatives alongside a customer success manager
- Serve as a strategic transformation advisor to Fortune 50–100 customers
- Establish the transformation vision and define JTBD frameworks with leadership teams to accelerate AI adoption
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders
- Drive value realization and ROI measurement through surveys and stakeholder interviews
- Translate AI adoption into clear P&L impact during business reviews
- Coordinate complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders
- Oversee customer teams, escalations, risk mitigation, and program communications
- Find and advance opportunities for account expansion
- Partner with sales on cross-sell and upsell efforts
- Create and standardize decks, frameworks, and communications that scale transformation practices
- Report to the Director of AI Transformation and Success
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50–100 organizations
- Demonstrated success building C-suite relationships and directing large-scale transformation programs
- Advanced expertise in change management and strategic problem-solving
- Ability to establish a vision, develop frameworks, and connect capabilities to measurable outcomes and P&L impact
- Outstanding executive presence and communication abilities
- Confidence delivering well-structured presentations to boards
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams proactively and resolve conflicts
- A curious approach supported by active listening
- Substantial experience in management consulting or strategy advisory
