Remote Tax Accounting Assistant – Real Estate Development
Join Mapah as a remote tax accounting assistant supporting real estate development clients. The role covers accounting routines, tax calculations, regulatory filings, and advisory support for business owners and managers.
Description
- Classify accounting entries and complete reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, trial balances, and financial statements
- Review invoices and tax documentation
- Calculate PIS, COFINS, CSLL, IRPJ, IRRF, CSRF, INSS, ISS, ICMS, IPI, and DIFAL taxes
- Prepare and submit ancillary tax filings such as DCTF, EFD Contributions, and EFD-Reinf
- Handle additional accounting and tax responsibilities as required
- Provide preventive and advisory accounting support to business owners and managers
- Execute tax routines in accordance with applicable regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, either completed or currently underway
- Working knowledge of accounting and tax processes
- Experience with accounting platforms such as Alterdata, UAU, RM Labore, Protheus, Sienge, or comparable systems is advantageous
- Background in real estate development is advantageous
