Description

  • Manage social content and audience growth across relevant platforms
  • Produce compelling social assets, including short-form video and Reels
  • Generate content concepts aligned with the brand, target audience, current trends, and commercial objectives
  • Own the content calendar and maintain a reliable publishing cadence
  • Refine creative concepts and content based on platform results
  • Protect a consistent brand voice and visual identity
  • Plan initiatives that increase followers, reach, and engagement
  • Develop content that supports awareness, consideration, and reservations
  • Set up UTM campaigns to measure reservations and conversions from social channels
  • Translate social activity into measurable commercial results
  • Analyze competitors, local market developments, and consumer behavior
  • Stay informed about emerging platforms, formats, and social trends
  • Test formats, creative directions, messaging, hooks, and calls to action through A/B experiments
  • Monitor comments, direct messages, tags, and brand mentions
  • Foster an engaged and active online community
  • Handle customer questions and feedback with professionalism
  • Measure reach, engagement, audience growth, site traffic, and reservations
  • Evaluate UTM results and conversions generated through social media
  • Prepare recurring performance reports with actionable findings and recommendations
  • Apply analytics findings to future content and marketing decisions
  • Submit the application and provide a video demonstrating relevant skills

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content marketing
  • Direct-to-consumer experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience with food and beverage, restaurants, hospitality, or consumer brands is advantageous
  • Demonstrated success growing social accounts and engagement
  • Solid knowledge of social platforms and effective content practices
  • Practical experience producing short-form video and Reels
  • Strong knowledge of UTM tracking and campaign attribution
  • Experience analyzing social performance and preparing reports
  • Ability to perform competitor research and run A/B tests
  • Ability to link social results to measurable business outcomes
  • Sound creative judgment and a clear sense of what makes social content engaging
  • Data-led approach to assessing content and campaign results
  • Ability to spot and test content opportunities informed by trends and consumer behavior
  • Strong organization for delivering content consistently
  • Commercial perspective on social media’s contribution to business growth
  • Availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
  • An English-language resume in PDF format is required
