Healthcare Transformation Consultant - Contract, Hybrid UK
Healthcare transformation consultant delivering digital strategy, PMO governance, technology implementation, and change management for public and private providers. Hybrid UK contract requiring two days onsite in or around London or elsewhere in the UK.
Description
- Deliver healthcare transformation programmes for public and private providers
- Advance service modernisation through digital strategy, PMO-led delivery, technology implementation, and practical change management
- Establish and run programme and PMO governance, including RAID management and reporting
- Create integrated plans and schedules in MS Project, managing dependencies and critical paths
- Track and report benefits realisation and programme performance using established frameworks
- Manage programme risks and provide governance assurance
- Lead transformation adoption and change initiatives with clinical and operational stakeholders
- Support data analysis, Power BI, MI, and programme reporting
Requirements
- Work effectively as an independent consultant
- Consulting experience is preferred
- Demonstrated healthcare transformation experience, ideally delivering digital programmes
- Programme and PMO management experience covering governance, PMO setup and operations, RAID, and reporting
- Experience creating integrated plans and schedules in MS Project, with dependency and critical-path management across complex programmes
- Experience using benefits frameworks for tracking, validation, and reporting
- Background in programme risk management and governance assurance
- Experience leading transformation, adoption, and change with clinical and operational stakeholders
- Experience supporting Power BI, MI, data, and programme reporting
