Remote Program Coordinator, Medical Communications – Precision Medicine Group

Coordinate medical communications programs for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in a remote role. Manage deliverables, MLR reviews, meetings, reporting, invoicing, and event logistics.

Description

  • Monitor deliverables across departments and maintain project progress.
  • Communicate deadlines clearly and identify and escalate obstacles promptly.
  • Manage the client medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review process, including submissions, tagger coordination, and status communication.
  • Organize internal and external meetings.
  • Record meeting notes and share team status updates.
  • Review invoices and final reconciliations under the guidance of a program manager.
  • Prepare Sunshine Act and other client-required ancillary reports.
  • Coordinate with logistics vendors on meeting planning, including site searches, venue contracts, travel, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Prepare and distribute assignment reports.
  • Lead assignment team meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other fields of study may be considered.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a client services or agency environment, including relevant internships.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Working knowledge of developing timelines and schedules.
  • Experience assisting a project manager or marketing team with task coordination and deadline tracking.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship.
