Monitor deliverables across departments and maintain project progress.
Communicate deadlines clearly and identify and escalate obstacles promptly.
Manage the client medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review process, including submissions, tagger coordination, and status communication.
Organize internal and external meetings.
Record meeting notes and share team status updates.
Review invoices and final reconciliations under the guidance of a program manager.
Prepare Sunshine Act and other client-required ancillary reports.
Coordinate with logistics vendors on meeting planning, including site searches, venue contracts, travel, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
Prepare and distribute assignment reports.
Lead assignment team meetings.

Талаптар

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other fields of study may be considered.
0–2 years of experience in a client services or agency environment, including relevant internships.
Strong computer proficiency.
Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Working knowledge of developing timelines and schedules.
Experience assisting a project manager or marketing team with task coordination and deadline tracking.
Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship.
