Remote Data Entry Assistant

Description

  • Accurately enter information into company databases and systems.
  • Handle data-related tasks for administrative and operational teams.
  • Conduct routine checks and updates to preserve data integrity.
  • Help produce reports and organize information for decision-making.
  • Maintain internal databases and spreadsheets with precise, up-to-date entries.
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to complete data projects on schedule.
  • Systematically organize and file digital and physical records.
  • Contribute to reports and summaries based on collected data.
  • Follow company procedures for protecting confidential and sensitive information.
  • Provide additional administrative support as assigned to help maintain efficient operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or data-management certification is advantageous.
  • Prior data-entry or comparable administrative experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated precision and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with database software is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
  • Discretion when handling sensitive information and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
  • Must reside in the United States.
