Regional Operations Manager, Oral Surgery Practices

Lead patient care, performance, compliance, staffing, and growth across Paradigm Oral Health’s Southeast oral surgery practices. Support administrators and teams while guiding operational strategy across multiple locations.

Description

  • Direct patient experience, operational performance, growth, and overall success across multiple oral surgery practices in the assigned region
  • Advise practice administrators and staff on workflow, patient satisfaction, and productivity improvements
  • Track key performance indicators and financial results, initiating corrective actions where needed
  • Manage daily operations across the region’s oral surgery practices
  • Create and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Pursue opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
  • Coach, mentor, and support the professional development of administrators and staff
  • Complete performance reviews and deliver constructive feedback
  • Partner with senior leaders on business growth and expansion strategies
  • Create marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, attract patients, and increase referrals
  • Maintain compliance with regulations, industry standards, and established best practices
  • Track changes in healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and legal requirements, then implement updates and training
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop talent for critical leadership and clinical roles
  • Handle other related responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in dentistry, preferably in a management position
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned region as needed
  • Demonstrated success leading and managing multiple practices
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a record of motivating teams toward shared objectives
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance obligations, and industry developments
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Office and practice management software
  • Strong time-management skills, including the ability to multitask and complete assignments while traveling
  • Detailed knowledge of the territory, market, and client base
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
