Description
- Oversee the reception desk and assist visitors and callers
- Help manage routine administrative and financial activities
- Maintain organized records of documents, transactions, and financial receipts
- Track documents and keep related files up to date
- Assist with HR administration by reviewing documentation and entering employee information
- Provide support with other daily administrative tasks as needed
