PS Engineer IV (Professional Services) - Remote United States
NCR Atleos is hiring a PS Engineer IV to translate customer IT requirements into financial technology solutions. The role leads presales, solution design, technical resources, and client deployments across the United States.
Description
- Translate customer IT service requirements into tailored solutions and service contracts
- Develop solution designs for engineering teams to build and deploy
- Automate operational processes through DevOps practices
- Deliver reliable systems continuously and refine processes using feedback
- Use Agile delivery methodologies
- Coordinate technical resources developing and deploying financial industry solutions
- Evaluate client needs and shape solutions acceptable to both clients and NCR Atleos
- Support sales growth while safeguarding WCS operational integrity
- Guide market-based pricing strategy discussions
- Oversee operational and legal commitments in service agreements and statements of work
- Coordinate subject matter experts for solution costing and development
- Perform due diligence with clients and NCR Atleos delivery teams
- Provide technical and service support during presales activities
- Create and present services proposals to customers
- Serve as the technical lead for client deployment engagements
- Keep programs aligned with schedule, cost, technical, and customer goals
- Establish and manage program change-control procedures
Requirements
- Install and administer Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022
- Troubleshoot Windows services and event logs
- Diagnose IIS and application server issues
- Write PowerShell scripts for automation
- Install and configure Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator
- Work with Trellix Application Control (Solidcore)
- Manage Trellix Drive Encryption/HDE
- Administer Endpoint Security (ENS)
