Program Coordinator, Medical Communications — Remote

Coordinate medical communications programs, MLR workflows, reporting, meetings, and project deadlines. Support pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients through scientific communications services.

Description

  • Track deliverables across departments and communicate deadlines and obstacles
  • Manage client medical, legal, and regulatory workflows, including submissions, tagger coordination, and status updates
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, record minutes, and share team updates
  • Review invoices and final reconciliations under program manager supervision
  • Prepare Sunshine Act and other client-requested reports
  • Coordinate logistics vendor tasks, including site searches, venue contracts, travel, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Prepare and distribute assignment reports
  • Facilitate assignment team meetings
  • Coordinate project deliverables across all departments
  • Identify, communicate, and help resolve workflow obstacles

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; candidates with other majors may be considered
  • 0–2 years of experience in a client-service or agency environment, including relevant internship experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of developing timelines and schedules
  • Experience assisting a project manager or marketing team with coordination and deadline tracking
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship
