Producibility Engineer – Brno Hybrid

Support avionics product quality and compliance at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies in a hybrid Brno role. Review development processes and evidence against ARP4754, DO-178, and DO-254 standards.

Description

  • Provide quality assurance for system, software, and hardware development across avionics products
  • Contribute as a core member of the AEE Product Development Quality Assurance team
  • Verify that hardware development processes are effective and supported by documented evidence
  • Join requirements, design, integration, and test reviews and inspections
  • Execute PDQA activities, including audits of design, development, and verification work
  • Check development and verification activities against aviation standards including ARP4754, DO-178, and DO-254
  • Coordinate with corresponding PDQA teams in the United States and HTS
  • Partner with Honeywell Certification Experts and engineering process teams
  • Support regulatory and customer audits related to compliance and certification
  • Report to the Senior Engineering Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
  • One to three years of IT and/or engineering experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, and Excel
  • Written and spoken English proficiency of at least B2 level
  • Aerospace or automotive industry experience is valued
  • Willingness and ability to travel periodically to Canada and the United States for training
  • EU or US citizenship required because of export restrictions
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Capacity to work independently and take initiative
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to high ethical standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Interest in a fast-paced, international business environment
