Description

  • Use tailored questions to turn transactions, account maintenance, and routine service requests into opportunities to discuss additional products.
  • Generate business through lead outreach, workplace-banking visits, and referral-network development.
  • Meet daily performance goals while managing competing priorities.
  • Process transactions, balance a cash drawer, and prepare bank documents in line with legal and industry standards.
  • Develop customer relationships while recommending and selling relevant products and services.
  • Assess customer needs and present appropriate financial solutions.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of retail experience engaging customers and recommending products that result in sales, or comparable relevant experience.
  • Dependable transportation.
  • Availability for branch hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.
  • Capacity to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present a positive, persuasive image.
  • Careful attention to detail when completing documents or explaining product features and benefits.
  • Knowledge of products and strong customer-conversation skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, sales-focused team environment.
