Description

  • Conduct weekly payroll audits and month-end reporting tasks
  • Verify data accuracy from Oracle, KBace, and other reporting tools
  • Investigate, reconcile, and resolve payroll tax discrepancies across payroll and reporting systems
  • Assist with month-end, quarterly, and annual payroll tax reporting and balancing
  • Create and maintain payroll reports, including Global HRIS billing and tax payment reports
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver reliable service
  • Maintain efficient and accurate payroll tax validation procedures
  • Document and correct discrepancies promptly

Requirements

  • Willingness to accept a six-month fixed-term contract
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • At least one year of relevant US payroll experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and payroll systems
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team
  • Adaptability when priorities and work schedules change
  • Knowledge of ADP SmartCompliance is an advantage
