Part-Time Merchandiser and Order Writer - Ogden, Utah
Represent Mondelēz International’s snack brands in Ogden-area retail stores through merchandising, ordering, display execution, and store-team support. This part-time onsite role helps maintain product availability and promotional standards.
Description
- Serve as Mondelēz International’s in-store representative for its snack brands
- Provide attentive service to store teams and shoppers
- Complete daily store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Excellence standards
- Photograph displays using DMI
- Develop working relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
- Place orders on an iPad through Salesforce to keep shelves and displays stocked
- Set up promotional displays and follow store plan requirements
- Work according to schedules and priorities established by the RTM
- Assist with seasonal sales, product launches, and prominent merchandising events
- Report store-level observations, problems, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Lift, bend, move, and stock products from storage areas onto store shelves
Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Hold a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Be self-directed and capable of working independently
- Use a personally owned vehicle with valid insurance to travel between store locations
- Work effectively in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
- Repeatedly lift, bend, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally push and pull loads exceeding 50 pounds
- Prior retail or grocery experience is preferred
- Reside within 25–35 miles of the primary Ogden, Utah location
- Be available Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, starting by 5 a.m., for at least 15 hours per week
