Operations Associate – Data Entry, Project-Based (Philippines Remote)
Remote, project-based data entry role supporting Thumbtack’s home-services marketplace through neighborhood-map data preparation and quality assurance. Responsibilities include cleaning, reviewing, and reporting operational data.
Description
- Contribute to operations projects by preparing, checking, and maintaining data and supporting materials
- Use Excel or Google Sheets to clean and format files, apply formulas, adjust rows and columns, and standardize records for upload
- Conduct manual checks to find errors, inconsistencies, and incomplete information
- Use Trello and HubSpot to manage contacts and coordinate operational workflows
- Review performance data and present findings in organized reports and Google Slides
- Work with internal stakeholders to complete data and operations tasks accurately and on schedule
- Assist with neighborhood-map operations through data preparation, quality assurance, and manual validation
Requirements
- At least two years of relevant experience in data entry, data operations, data processing, data analysis, or a comparable field
- Advanced working proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Hands-on experience with data entry, processing, cleaning, or related operational tasks
- Strong attention to detail and dependable organizational skills
- Proficient written and spoken English
- Able to carry out repetitive, detail-focused reviews without compromising accuracy
- Capable of working independently while reliably meeting deadlines
- Must complete a skills assessment during the selection process
