Description

  • Join an operations team that supports clients
  • Complete daily workloads accurately and on schedule
  • Support functions such as Account Services, Alternative Investments, Cash Management, Client Communications, Conversions, Corporate Actions, Mutual Funds, Settlements, Stock Receipts, Tax, Trading, and Transfers
  • Review documentation and process requests
  • Assess information to maintain a high level of quality
  • Work across systems and departments to resolve tasks
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Handle additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience in an office or professional setting
  • Prior exposure to financial services or a related industry is preferred
  • Ability to learn operational procedures and apply sound business judgment
  • Successful completion of a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening
  • Meet employment eligibility verification requirements through E-Verify
