Description

  • Execute brand plan and commercial cycle activities
  • Drive market share (SOM), IMS volume, and point-of-sale brand activations
  • Secure retailer support and loyalty for BAT brands
  • Maintain agreed coverage and call frequency across the assigned route
  • Identify opportunities and develop plans for all sales channels in the area
  • Engage key business partners to strengthen commercial support and understanding of the trading environment
  • Report competitor activations or new product introductions in the market, assess their impact, and recommend action plans
  • Complete internal reports for fuel, parking, vehicle stock, and other costs in line with BAT procedures
  • Keep required records current in the company’s information systems
  • Connect with headquarters daily via UMTS to transfer information, retrieve email, and update systems
  • Maximize resource allocation to grow SOM and POSM
  • Understand the company’s investment in the territory
  • Perform all activities in compliance with environmental, health, safety, fire-protection laws, regulations, and internal procedures

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • A university degree is an advantage
  • Full mobility to relocate when required
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
