Multimedia Producer (Hybrid, New York)

Produce video, photography, audio, and motion graphics for Spektrix’s arts-management software brand. Lead creative projects from concept to delivery across campaigns, products, clients, social media, and events.

Description

  • Lead video and multimedia projects from initial brief through final delivery
  • Uphold quality, accessibility, and brand standards across all creative work
  • Create concepts that support Spektrix’s company priorities
  • Work with Content & Campaigns, Product & Partner Marketing, Client Marketing, Design, Events, and other Spektrix teams
  • Plan and deliver shoots, covering shot lists, equipment, logistics, directing, filming, photography, and audio recording
  • Edit finished video and produce animations and motion graphics
  • Adapt creative for social platforms and repurpose multimedia assets across channels
  • Capture media before, during, and after events
  • Keep digital asset libraries structured and up to date
  • Oversee production equipment, software, and freelance contributors

Requirements

  • Professional experience in video production, multimedia production, filmmaking, content production, or a comparable creative role
  • A strong portfolio featuring high-quality video and multimedia work
  • Ability to independently manage multimedia projects from concept and planning through production, editing, and delivery
  • Strong video production, editing, and post-production capabilities
  • Experience producing motion graphics or animation
  • Experience with photography and audio recording
  • Strong visual storytelling ability
  • Experience developing content for digital and social channels and tailoring creative for different formats and audiences
  • Experience interviewing contributors and directing people on camera
  • Sound creative judgment, with the ability to explain production and storytelling decisions and incorporate feedback
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with designers, writers, marketers, event teams, product marketers, and other stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to polished, accessible, technically reliable work
  • Willingness and ability to travel periodically for shoots, client visits, and events
  • A quiet home workspace suitable for uninterrupted video calls
