Marketing Operations and Events Manager at LightForce

Lead marketing operations and strategic events for LightForce’s digital orthodontics platform. Coordinate global programs, systems, budgets, and cross-functional execution.

Description

  • Direct end-to-end delivery of strategic events and programs, including NSM, AAO, trade shows, clinical education, and customer initiatives
  • Manage event budgets, vendors, logistics, and delivery schedules
  • Create consistent planning, timeline, and follow-up processes
  • Ensure reliable lead capture, tracking, and post-event engagement
  • Measure ROI, pipeline contribution, and overall program performance
  • Maintain a unified view of active marketing initiatives
  • Translate strategic priorities into plans with owners, deadlines, and dependencies
  • Coordinate handoffs among marketing, commercial, clinical, and product teams
  • Keep leadership informed about progress, risks, and results
  • Act as the central coordination point for the commercial team and leadership
  • Strengthen communication and reduce organizational silos
  • Align stakeholders around accountability and execution
  • Lead adoption and improvement of CRM and project management platforms
  • Enhance system integration to improve visibility and operational efficiency
  • Minimize dependence on manual workflows and email-based tracking
  • Centralize tracking for initiatives, schedules, and outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent core professional experience
  • At least eight years of relevant experience in marketing, marketing operations, administration, or marketing event services
