Lead B2B marketing campaigns, partnerships and events for ParentPay in the United Kingdom. Create content and optimise multi-channel activity to support lead generation, engagement and pipeline growth.

Description

  • Lead assigned vertical campaigns from planning and execution through optimisation and timely delivery.
  • Build insight into customers, competitors, sector trends and channel mix to shape multi-channel campaign plans.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales and Product Marketing through audience research, data sourcing and segmentation.
  • Develop and manage relationships with industry and strategic partners.
  • Find opportunities for joint marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate and attend UK exhibitions, conferences, networking events and awards.
  • Deliver webinars and customer or prospect events, managing content, promotion, speakers, logistics and follow-up.
  • Produce content for email, websites, landing pages, blogs, articles, campaign communications and lead-generation materials.
  • Create thought leadership materials such as reports, guides, webinars and downloadable resources.
  • Edit, proofread and produce written and visual content aligned with the brand.
  • Plan and run targeted email campaigns for acquisition, lead nurturing, customer engagement, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Coordinate marketing activity across web, social and other digital channels.
  • Prepare creative briefs for agencies and internal teams.
  • Manage marketing assets and events from briefing through delivery, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, feedback and approvals.
  • Measure campaign performance against KPIs and deliver reports, insights and recommendations.
  • Use campaign results to support ongoing improvement and optimisation.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about marketing activity, performance, priorities and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience planning and delivering multi-channel B2B campaigns, events and partnership programmes in an enterprise setting.
  • Strong capabilities in content creation, writing, editing and proofreading.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
  • A strong eye for brand consistency and visual design.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, budgets and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
  • Confidence working with Sales, Product Marketing, specialist teams, external partners and agencies.
  • Commercially aware with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to report on performance and present clearly to stakeholders.
  • Proactive, dependable and accountable approach.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing measurable, high-quality work.
  • Degree educated, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK for events, partner activities and meetings, with occasional overnight stays.
