- Assess short AI conversation transcripts covering mental health topics
- Judge generated responses for safety, tone, and clinical suitability
- Draft accurate, clinically grounded responses for varied scenarios
- Create consistent scoring rubrics for evaluating future conversational models
- Complete 8–10 hours of remote work between Friday and Sunday
- Evaluate transcript quality and system performance against clinical standards
Requirements
- Hold an active license as a psychologist, therapist, or clinical social worker
- Have professional experience delivering direct mental health care to patients
- Be available for 8–10 hours of remote work between Friday and Sunday
- Be comfortable analyzing written content and explaining clinical reasoning
- Demonstrate strong written communication skills
- Licensed psychologists, therapists, counselors, and clinical social workers are eligible to apply
