Hybrid Full-time Middle English Required Executive

Description

Complete a structured two-year Executive Development Rotational Program through six-month assignments
Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic projects and high-priority business initiatives
Rotate through Strategy, Pricing, Market Research, Business Development, Acquisitions and Integration, and Sales Channel Strategies
Establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans
Evaluate complex business issues with data and established analytical frameworks
Measure financial impact while managing project schedules
Work with stakeholders across the organization to develop effective, collaborative teams
Present recommendations, implementation plans, and action steps
Secure alignment from key stakeholders
Help business leaders apply project conclusions and recommendations
Use AI tools, business frameworks, and data analysis to assess opportunities, measure impact, and support implementation
Take part in onboarding, practical training, networking, coaching, mentoring, and professional development
Seek full-time roles across LexisNexis business units after successfully completing the program

Requirements

Be pursuing a professional degree such as an MBA, JD, PhD, or MD and be on track to complete it before the program begins
Have completed a professional degree in 2025 or 2026, or expect to graduate between August 2026 and May 2027
Bring at least five years of experience before completing the qualifying degree, including applicable academic, research, internship, entrepreneurial, or industry experience
Have experience in a business-to-business technology or consulting setting
Have used AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
Demonstrate data analysis capabilities
Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
Show strong problem-solving ability and collaborate effectively with others
Apply analytical and quantitative skills to turn data into practical insights and persuasive business narratives
Demonstrate learning agility, leadership potential, business acumen, adaptability, accountability, and dedication to continued development
Experience in Finance, Strategy, Digital Marketing, Legal, or a related area is preferred
