Lead finance activities for L3Harris Technologies’ C3ISR aerospace and defense division, covering forward-pricing rates, overhead budgets, and SG&A costs. Support FAR and CAS compliance, FPRP preparation, and incurred-cost audit defense.

- Oversee forward-pricing rates, overhead budgets, and SG&A costs for the C3ISR division
- Evaluate sector-wide cost accumulation and allocation processes across divisions
- Prepare, monitor, and report finance headcount and divisional costs
- Manage SG&A costing and consolidate costs for divisional analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- Present SG&A, budget, and rate reports to sector leadership
- Apply FAR and CAS standards to analyze incurred costs through incurred-cost proposal submission and audit
- Set department budgets for FPRP preparation, DCMA and DCAA audit defense, and internal and external cost-monitoring reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree with at least 7 years of related experience, or 13 years of related experience in place of a degree
- At least 1 year of experience applying FAR and CAS to incurred-cost analysis and review through proposal submission and audit
- At least 1 year of experience with indirect rate structures involving multiple overhead pools, TCI G&A, Value Added G&A, abated fringe, and intermediate overhead-pool allocation
- At least 1 year of experience reviewing and advising on CAS 410 and CAS 403 disclosure statement submission, audit, and defense
- At least 1 year of experience managing SG&A costing and consolidating divisional costs for analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- At least 1 year of experience establishing multiple department budgets for FPRP preparation, DCMA and DCAA audit defense, and cost-monitoring reports
- At least 1 year of experience with the 3FF process for distributing allocated costs
- At least 1 year of experience using SAP ERP and Hyperion
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 5%
- Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of balance sheets and income statements
- Aerospace and defense industry experience preferred
- Self-directed approach with the ability to resolve complex problems proactively and promptly
