Lead Digital Experience Designer at AT&T — Onsite in El Segundo

Lead digital experience design for AT&T campaigns, modular web pages, product imagery, and complex customer journeys. Shape visual systems, oversee quality, and mentor designers across integrated digital work.

Description

  • Develop marketing campaigns for AT&T’s digital platforms
  • Design modular web pages that establish hierarchy, guide customers, and explain complex products and offers
  • Create brand-aligned visual work that applies AT&T’s established guidelines consistently
  • Composite and retouch multiple images to create cohesive new environments
  • Collaborate with producers, strategists, AT&T marketers, design and copy leads, and copywriters
  • Coordinate with content implementation teams and conduct visual QA to support accurate online execution
  • Help advance AT&T’s design systems and digital design practices
  • Manage device and accessory catalog imagery while reviewing and directing other designers’ work
  • Mentor digital designers and assist the associate creative director as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, art, communications, or marketing
  • At least five years of digital experience in an advertising agency or in-house agency environment
  • A strong digital portfolio demonstrating web pages, UI, polished graphic design, image compositing, and typographic layouts
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and Photoshop, including Firefly
  • Retouching expertise with the ability to use AI tools for image modification
  • Comfort with Chrome DevTools, particularly Inspect mode
  • Strong typography capabilities and a solid command of composition, lighting, and color
  • Ability to create wireframes
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Claude, and GPT
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Chrome developer tools
  • Understanding of technical constraints and emerging technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Highly organized approach and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills for presenting concepts and design solutions effectively
  • Experience using Workfront or a comparable project management platform
  • Experience with After Effects, 3D, video, or prototyping is a plus
