Junior Revenue Cycle Data Analyst - WellDyne Hybrid

Support WellDyne’s pharmacy revenue-cycle operations through billing, invoicing, PBM analysis, and reporting. Use SQL and data-analysis tools to develop dashboards, identify trends, and improve billing accuracy and efficiency.

Description

  • Perform weekly billing activities for designated outsourced service arrangements
  • Review billing workflows to identify opportunities that improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Investigate client billing questions and reporting requests, providing timely and courteous follow-up
  • Provide support for the semi-monthly PBM billing cycle as needed
  • Carry out weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly HealthDyne billing activities as required
  • Prepare and distribute invoices when needed
  • Track assigned work through successful and timely completion
  • Help build analytics dashboards that surface trends across PBM and other business functions
  • Handle additional responsibilities for the Revenue Cycle team as assigned

Requirements

  • Four-year degree required, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field, along with demonstrated quantitative experience.
  • One to three years of professional experience.
  • Experience in PBM, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft SQL, R, or comparable data-analysis tools.
  • Python experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Visual Studio is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Tableau or another data-visualization platform.
  • Highly diligent work style with attention to the broader business context.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw interpretations from the results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to listen to and understand verbally presented information and ideas.

  • Ability to work in a standard office setting with extended computer use and occasional external travel.
