Junior Revenue Cycle Data Analyst - WellDyne Hybrid
Support WellDyne’s pharmacy revenue-cycle operations through billing, invoicing, PBM analysis, and reporting. Use SQL and data-analysis tools to develop dashboards, identify trends, and improve billing accuracy and efficiency.
Tavsif
- Perform weekly billing activities for designated outsourced service arrangements
- Review billing workflows to identify opportunities that improve efficiency and accuracy
- Investigate client billing questions and reporting requests, providing timely and courteous follow-up
- Provide support for the semi-monthly PBM billing cycle as needed
- Carry out weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly HealthDyne billing activities as required
- Prepare and distribute invoices when needed
- Track assigned work through successful and timely completion
- Help build analytics dashboards that surface trends across PBM and other business functions
- Handle additional responsibilities for the Revenue Cycle team as assigned
Talablar
- Four-year degree required, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field, along with demonstrated quantitative experience.
- One to three years of professional experience.
- Experience in PBM, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft SQL, R, or comparable data-analysis tools.
- Python experience is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Visual Studio is preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Intermediate knowledge of Tableau or another data-visualization platform.
- Highly diligent work style with attention to the broader business context.
- Ability to analyze data and draw interpretations from the results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to listen to and understand verbally presented information and ideas.
