Description

  • Plan and conduct data-driven audits independently across the group
  • Apply data analysis, machine learning, and AI-enabled audit tools to identify risks and deviations from standards
  • Convert audit assignments into data-focused investigations, including IT-based testing
  • Identify irregularities, statistical outliers, and systemic anomalies across the group
  • Structure unprocessed information from large and complex datasets through ETL workflows
  • Produce reliable, actionable audit results with statistical audit methods
  • Discuss audit findings with stakeholders and present them to the Head of Internal Audit
  • Help develop modern audit approaches incorporating machine learning, large language models, and AI
  • Assist the Head of Internal Audit with the annual plan and risk-landscape assessment
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field
  • CISA certification
  • Understanding of asset management and investment funds
  • Professional background in auditing, risk management, and internal controls
  • Knowledge of current internal audit and risk management concepts and practices
  • Broad IT capabilities, database knowledge, and specialist expertise in cybersecurity and cloud computing
  • Professional experience in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
  • Knowledge of data extraction and processing
  • Proficiency with Python and SQL
  • Interest in innovative audit topics and new approaches
  • Strong conceptual and analytical abilities
  • Proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Ability to maintain a clear view of risk management issues shaping the organisation’s current thinking
  • Professional conduct and credibility that build and reinforce trust
  • Fluency in German and English
