Intelligence Specialist, Analyst 3 – Jacksonville, FL (Onsite)

Analyze C5ISR and multi-source intelligence to support maritime defense operations for HII. Contribute to fleet planning, targeting, and senior-leader decisions.

Description

  • Create operational intelligence assessments and estimates using C5ISR data and sensor inputs.
  • Apply C5ISR systems, architectures, and tools to improve ISR collection, intelligence fusion, targeting support, and operational planning.
  • Perform multi-source analysis spanning SIGINT, GEOINT, CYBER, and all-source intelligence.
  • Assess threats, operational opportunities, and intelligence gaps.
  • Incorporate intelligence findings into maritime planning, mission analysis, course-of-action development, and targeting.
  • Work with operators, planners, and ISR managers to align C5ISR capabilities with mission priorities and fleet objectives.
  • Assess sensor performance, data flows, processing, exploitation, and dissemination processes, and system limitations.
  • Participate in battle rhythm events, planning cells, and intelligence forums within a Maritime Operations Center.
  • Prepare and present intelligence briefings and written products for senior leaders and operational decision-makers.
  • Follow intelligence doctrine, classification guidance, system security standards, and OPSEC requirements.
  • Complete additional assigned or required duties.

Requirements

  • Level 3 requires 5 years of relevant experience with a related bachelor's degree, 3 years with a related master's degree, or 9 years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Level 4 requires 9 years of relevant experience with a related bachelor's degree, 7 years with a related master's degree, or 13 years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Level 5 requires 15 years of relevant experience with a related bachelor's degree, 13 years with a related master's degree, or 19 years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a Maritime Operations Center, Fleet Staff, Joint Operations Center, or comparable maritime operational intelligence setting.
  • Background in military or government intelligence analysis and operational planning.
  • Strong technical knowledge of C5ISR systems, ISR sensor platforms, data transport, and intelligence fusion tools.
  • Understanding of maritime operations, adversary capability development, and regional threat conditions.
  • Experience incorporating C5ISR-derived information into intelligence products and operational plans.
  • Ability to analyze complex multi-source intelligence and explain findings to varied stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting fleet-level or joint operational planning.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and briefing skills for senior leaders.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Willingness to work in office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory settings.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and tolerate significant temperature variations.
