Implementation Analyst – Weekend First Shift (Onsite)

Coordinate warehouse management system requirements, testing, and user training for GXO Logistics. Partner with Operations and IT to support technology-enabled supply chain operations.

Description

  • Act as the primary liaison between Operations and IT
  • Strengthen collaboration between Operations and IT through clear, consistent communication
  • Translate business needs into software requirements
  • Design and deliver training programs
  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve them in line with company and customer objectives
  • Gather, document, and communicate business requirements and best practices to the IT team
  • Train users on software maintenance, system launches, and upgrades
  • Develop training materials and user resources
  • Partner with IT to create test scenarios and perform system testing
  • Detect discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
  • Communicate proactively with customers, employees, and management to confirm requirements are fulfilled

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work or military experience
  • At least one year of logistics system implementation experience
  • Experience in distribution or warehousing
  • Familiarity with automated software systems and implementation processes
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), order management applications, and database systems
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Strong change management capabilities
  • Five years of WMS configuration experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including dropdown lists, formatting, pivot tables, and charts
  • Ability to communicate effectively in varied situations
  • May need to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer
  • Must follow GXO policies for COVID safety and all applicable CDC, OSHA, state, and local requirements
