Description

Manage administrative preparation, day-to-day operations, and participant communications for seasonal leagues, tournaments, and camps
Set up and launch online registration forms for teams, players, and coaches
Keep participant records accurate and confirm age and eligibility details
Prepare and maintain official team rosters
Track online payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and reconcile financial reports in program software
Collect digital liability waivers, medical releases, and codes of conduct
Deliver automated reminders, schedule changes, and payment notifications to parents, coaches, and players
Work with facility managers and league directors to match team totals with game and practice schedules

Requirements

A high school diploma is required
A bachelor's degree in sports management, recreation, or a related discipline is preferred
Working knowledge of online registration systems, databases, and standard office software
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills for assisting families and technical staff
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple deadlines during seasonal transitions
Willingness to complete a background screening during the hiring process
Ability to opt in to text messages for application updates
