Games Designer – iLottery and iGaming | Aristocrat

Lead iLottery and iGaming eInstant game portfolios at Aristocrat, from concept through live operations. Shape mechanics, monetization, performance, and responsible gaming compliance across the game lifecycle.

Description

  • Own the end-to-end development of multiple games, from initial concept through launch and live operations
  • Establish product vision, market positioning, and success measures for each game
  • Lead delivery while upholding rigorous quality and commercial performance standards
  • Create and refine core game mechanics
  • Collaborate with mathematicians, designers, and studios to build engaging, competitive iLottery experiences
  • Use player psychology, monetization strategies, and retention principles to inform game development
  • Define portfolio standards for innovation and meaningful differentiation
  • Track game performance across engagement, retention, and monetization metrics
  • Evaluate data and player behavior to guide ongoing improvements and scaling plans
  • Provide senior guidance to game studios on creative and production decisions
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and responsible gaming requirements across applicable jurisdictions

Requirements

  • At least three years of product management experience in slot games, iGaming, or casino products
  • Demonstrated success launching multiple commercially strong games
  • Advanced knowledge of iLottery, slot mechanics, RNG systems, and monetization development
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, producers, engineers, artists, and QA professionals
  • Strong analytical skills for product decision-making and growth planning
  • Willingness to consider feedback while confidently presenting perspectives and reaching effective compromises
  • Excellent communication and partner management abilities
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
