Finance Assistant – Highlands Ranch Onsite

Support automotive financing operations at Schomp Automotive Group’s Highlands Ranch campus. Process credit applications, contracts, deposits, and deal documentation for BMW, Honda, and MINI stores while supporting sales staff.

Description

  • Receipt cash deposits accurately and verify that all transaction funds are received
  • Submit customer credit applications
  • Prepare, scan, and fund contracts
  • Monitor and maintain the Contract in Transit (CIT) account
  • Update software notes for all deals that remain unfunded
  • Send and scan Finance and Insurance contracts for daily remittance
  • Maintain a log of all contracts submitted
  • Prioritize vehicle deals to meet the customer-facing One Hour promise
  • Collaborate directly with sales staff without direct customer interaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfort with mathematics
  • Interest in finance
  • Loan processing or credit-report experience is a plus
  • Willingness to work beyond the regular shift when needed to complete customer transactions
  • Availability to work a Saturday shift
  • Availability for full-time work
