Scania Group is seeking a Facility Management & Sustainability Specialist in Thailand to assess property market developments and support asset strategy decisions. The role combines data analysis, feasibility assessments, business case support, reporting, and complex facilities documentation.

Description

  • Monitor property market trends and developments
  • Recommend asset and investment strategies designed to exceed relevant benchmarks
  • Assess external developments and emerging issues for their organizational impact and practical value
  • Support the collection and clear documentation of business requirements
  • Produce data and analytics reports
  • Independently compile and analyze data to generate standardized insights
  • Perform feasibility studies and assessments for proposed and existing projects
  • Prepare complex documents using standard office software
  • Compile and summarize information for specialized reports
  • Address internal and external queries about complex processes and related policies
  • Build professional capabilities through assessments, development planning, training, and coaching

Requirements

  • Short-cycle tertiary education, level 5
  • Research property market trends and developments effectively
  • Collect and analyze data with established tools, methods, and formats
  • Support requirements gathering through interviews, document reviews, and workflow analysis
  • Use standard office software to prepare data, analytics, complex documents, and specialized reports
  • Evaluate project feasibility and support business case development
  • Respond to internal and external questions about complex processes and related policies
  • Commit to continuing education through training, coaching, conferences, and specialist publications
  • Keep knowledge of relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices current
  • Obtain or maintain relevant external professional accreditation when applicable
