Description

  • Own the creator’s calendar, scheduling, and daily administrative organization
  • Manage inboxes, correspondence, and follow-ups on the creator’s behalf
  • Arrange logistics for meetings, collaborations, and other operational commitments
  • Coordinate content by organizing assets, drafting captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring activity across platforms
  • Monitor trends, platform changes, and performance on YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, and other channels
  • Research ideas and opportunities that align with the creator’s brand and voice
  • Communicate with collaborators, managers, and other contacts on the creator’s behalf
  • Respond promptly and maintain accurate tracking of open tasks through completion
  • Complete prequalification questions, a video introduction, any applicable role assessment, recruitment and executive interviews, a client interview, and background or reference checks during the selection process

Requirements

  • Active social media user with strong familiarity with how creators work across YouTube, X, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Strong grasp of social media culture, emerging trends, and content that engages digital-native audiences
  • Highly organized, responsive, and reliable in driving every open task to completion
  • Clear, professional, and natural written English communication skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating with limited structure in a fast-paced creator environment
  • Availability during US business hours
  • Current resume
  • A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and outlining your organizational and social media experience
  • Candidates must submit a Loom video to advance to the next stage
  • Previous experience supporting a content creator, influencer, brand, or media personality is preferred
  • Experience with content scheduling software, social media management platforms, or basic video and image editing is preferred
  • Background in digital marketing, content production, or social media management is preferred
  • Familiarity with YouTube, X, or other creator monetization and distribution platforms is preferred
