Enterprise Architect – Lecos GmbH, Hybrid Germany

Lead enterprise architecture and IT transformation at Lecos GmbH. Advise leadership and shape cloud, governance, technology, and modernization strategies for municipal clients.

Description

  • Own the strategic evolution of enterprise architecture and define long-term target states
  • Establish architecture principles, standards, and governance requirements while monitoring compliance
  • Assess, design, and document current and target architectures across the IT landscape
  • Create and oversee roadmaps for technological transformation
  • Provide executive leadership with guidance on strategic IT decisions
  • Assess emerging technologies and prepare recommendations for architecture and technology choices
  • Support project architecture decisions and align them across departments
  • Advance and embed Enterprise Architecture Management across the organization
  • Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external partners
  • Contribute actively to the organization’s digital transformation

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Architecture, or a similar strategic position
  • Proven ability to assess complex IT environments holistically and guide their strategic development across on-premises or multi-cloud settings
  • Experience defining architecture principles, target architectures, and transformation roadmaps
  • Working knowledge of cloud, hybrid-cloud, container platforms, and automation concepts
  • Practical experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methods such as TOGAF or ArchiMate
  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly and balance competing stakeholder interests
  • Knowledge of architecture, portfolio, and lifecycle management
  • An analytical, structured working style with the confidence to advocate for decisions
  • Motivation to lead change actively and take ownership
