Description

  • Design visual layouts, header graphics, and modular templates for promotional emails and newsletters.
  • Translate creative briefs and client style guides into cohesive, on-brand designs.
  • Concentrate on visual design without managing campaign schedules, ESP execution, or coding.
  • Slice and export production-ready files for the buildout team.
  • Maintain organized Figma files, component libraries, and master templates.
  • Apply creative director feedback to refine concepts efficiently.
  • Use Figma capabilities and current design workflows to streamline production.
  • Adapt visual styles for varied client sectors, including women-owned consumer brands, fashion, beauty, and med spas.

Requirements

  • Provide a portfolio featuring modern, conversion-focused email and newsletter designs.
  • Demonstrate strong graphic design fundamentals, including visual hierarchy, typography, mobile layout balance, and effective CTA placement.
  • Show advanced proficiency in Figma for creating layouts and exporting assets.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Canva is advantageous.
  • Convert visual references and brand guidelines into polished, implementation-ready concepts.
  • Experience supporting e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or med spa brands is preferred.
  • Bring strong organization, close attention to detail, and a collaborative working style with strategists and developers.
