Director of Client Services, Cybersecurity — Remote

Lead FoxPointe Solutions cybersecurity assessments, audits, and risk engagements for The Bonadio Group. Oversee client delivery, service teams, compliance work, and staff development.

Description

  • Lead engagements from client acquisition through final delivery
  • Oversee client service teams across multiple engagements
  • Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external clients
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for innovative services
  • Retain existing clients and develop new business, including cross-selling the firm’s broader services
  • Communicate technical and process improvement requirements to project stakeholders
  • Conduct technical security assessments of applications and infrastructure
  • Perform security design reviews and risk assessments
  • Lead IT and information security risk and compliance assessments, PCI engagements, IT audits, cybersecurity testing, operational gap analyses, and remediation recommendations
  • Direct FoxPointe Solutions client service work for The Bonadio Group

Requirements

  • Hold at least one security, risk, or IT certification, such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001
  • Have at least an associate degree (AS)
  • Bring at least eight years of experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, or IT audit
  • Have experience in enterprise risk or compliance
  • Be self-directed and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Demonstrate the ability to mentor and lead junior staff
  • Have compliance expertise spanning regulatory, privacy, international law, and statutory requirements
  • Understand risk frameworks, maturity models, and enterprise IT security risk methodologies
  • Have governance expertise in vendor management, policy frameworks, control design, and security architecture
  • Possess extensive hands-on experience with documented audits and attestation engagements, including PCI DSS, SSAE18, CMMC, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001
  • Preferred: Experience delivering board-level presentations, including public speaking on IT and cybersecurity topics
  • Preferred: Proficiency writing executive-level reports and technical documentation
