Description

  • Set the Field AI Capabilities vision, strategy, and multiyear roadmap for US and international markets
  • Convert business challenges and user needs into a prioritized portfolio of high-value AI use cases with measurable outcomes
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from discovery and experience design through development, launch, ongoing management, and value realization
  • Create a scalable global capability model that balances shared platforms, reusable components, standards, and local market requirements
  • Collaborate with Technology, Data & Analytics, Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Privacy, Legal, and Compliance teams
  • Implement product, data, and responsible AI governance covering decision rights, human oversight, quality, risk controls, monitoring, issue management, and lifecycle standards
  • Increase adoption and support behavior change through user-centered design, field co-creation, communications, training, support, and feedback
  • Establish and monitor portfolio KPIs such as adoption, user satisfaction, productivity, quality, cycle time, customer-engagement impact, business value, cost, and risk
  • Present progress and key decisions to senior stakeholders
  • Manage and grow a multidisciplinary team of employees, contractors, and strategic partners
  • Track emerging developments in AI, field enablement, and customer engagement
  • Assess and scale differentiated capabilities while overseeing investment, architecture, governance, and vendors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, business, product management, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in digital, data, analytics, AI, product management, commercial technology, or commercial operations
  • Proven leadership experience supporting field-based organizations
  • Background setting strategy and delivering AI or digital product portfolios end to end
  • Experience designing, developing, launching, or scaling AI products, including generative AI, copilots, intelligent recommendations, automation, or decision-support tools
  • Strong knowledge of responsible AI, data governance, privacy, security, model and content quality, human oversight, and monitoring in regulated environments
  • Experience operating across US and international markets and scaling global capabilities
  • Excellent executive communication, influence, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and develop talent
  • Experience managing employees, contractors, vendors, budgets, and strategic partnerships
  • Experience leading change management, training, field enablement, and adoption measurement
  • Working knowledge of Agile and product operating models
