Description

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions, and campaign budgets.
  • Support SEO, email marketing, and lead-generation programs.
  • Analyze performance using GA4, Search Console, and marketing platforms.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Prepare performance reports and identify actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams.
  • Own campaign results and deliver work on schedule.
  • Continuously refine campaigns using performance data.
  • Flag underperforming campaigns early and recommend corrective action.
  • Keep marketing-channel reporting accurate and up to date.
  • Propose practical ways to improve lead quality, conversions, and ROI.

Requirements

  • At least three years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Solid knowledge of PPC, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Experience using GA4 and marketing reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical ability and confidence interpreting campaign data.
  • Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Professional home-office setup with reliable internet access.
