Digital Marketing Manager – Houston, TX (On-site)

Lead digital marketing campaigns, platforms, SEO and web operations for Norton Rose Fulbright in Houston. Manage a digital marketing team, vendors and cross-functional stakeholder delivery.

Description

  • Lead, coach and develop digital marketing professionals through workload planning and career development
  • Build a collaborative, service-focused culture centered on accountability, innovation and continuous improvement
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding and training for digital marketing team members
  • Collaborate with Content and Business Development teams to execute digital marketing strategies
  • Direct campaigns across websites, email, social media and other digital channels
  • Translate performance data into insights that guide platform improvements, campaign optimization and content strategy
  • Advise business development professionals, marketers and lawyers on digital marketing practices and platform capabilities
  • Oversee daily operations for websites, blogs, microsites and campaign tools
  • Streamline digital intake, ticketing and approval processes
  • Manage publishing workflows while maintaining brand, accessibility, governance and quality standards
  • Act as the primary escalation contact for digital marketing requests, platform issues and content delivery problems
  • Direct content audits and lifecycle activities, including updates, archiving and end-of-life transitions
  • Develop and approve keyword, SEO and GEO strategies
  • Work with stakeholders and vendors to improve site search, Google rankings and AI-influenced search performance
  • Own digital marketing platforms, including CMS, analytics tools, microsites, blogs and cloud services
  • Manage agencies and vendors across scope, priorities, issue resolution, optimization, budgets, invoicing and contracts
  • Collaborate with global, regional and cross-functional teams to implement digital processes and standardize execution
  • Track digital performance and provide insights that improve engagement, user experience and campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and agencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, digital media, marketing technology, marketing operations, marketing or a related field plus five or more years of relevant professional experience
  • Alternatively, nine years of relevant experience in digital marketing, web management or marketing technology
  • Experience leading digital platforms, SEO strategy and vendor relationships
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supervising or mentoring team members with demonstrated people leadership skills
  • Professional services experience managing digital projects, campaigns and stakeholder relationships is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, content management systems and analytics tools
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, HubSpot, HTML, CSS, Data Studio, SharePoint, Hootsuite, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Ads, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, Mailchimp, event platforms, Coveo, Semrush, Copilot, Microsoft 365 and LastPass is highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of HTML, SEO and digital accessibility standards
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, including translating data into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to promote and demonstrate the business principles of quality, unity and integrity
