Digital Marketing Account Manager, Remote Philippines
Manage SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and eCommerce campaigns for Wing Assistant while serving as the primary client contact. The role includes campaign reporting, account growth, and coordination across multiple client accounts.
Description
- Serve as the primary client contact for multiple accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Review campaign performance and KPIs to uncover improvements and growth opportunities
- Coordinate campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
- Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to interpret marketing data
- Support eCommerce marketing activities through Shopify
- Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports and updates to clients
- Find opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
- Complete client deliverables and follow-ups on schedule
- Coordinate with internal specialists and teams when additional support is required
Requirements
- Extensive agency experience managing multiple digital marketing accounts simultaneously
- Strong client-facing and relationship management abilities
- Demonstrated experience evaluating campaigns, KPIs, and digital marketing strategy
- Practical knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Shopify
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and identify account expansion opportunities
- Expert-level English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking, at near-native proficiency
- USB headset with noise cancellation

- Computer with a processor speed of at least 1.8 GHz and minimum 4GB RAM
- Primary internet connection with at least 25 Mbps cable speed
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps speed
