DevOps Engineer – Azure DevOps and CI/CD (On-site, Germany)

Join fair parken as a DevOps Engineer focused on Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Docker infrastructure. You will support Linux systems, monitor operations, resolve incidents, and help maintain reliable critical services.

Description

  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy
  • Manage and maintain Docker-based containerized applications
  • Administer and support internal Linux servers and systems
  • Automate and standardize recurring IT and operational processes
  • Monitor and optimize systems with tools including Grafana and Checkmk
  • Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement lasting stability improvements
  • Help restore critical systems and services during incidents and outages
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation
  • Share knowledge across the team
  • Take part in on-call support for critical systems

Requirements

  • Completed IT vocational training, such as Systems Integration Specialist, a Computer Science degree, or an equivalent qualification
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines and/or Octopus Deploy
  • Knowledge of Linux administration, especially Ubuntu or Debian
  • Experience automating tasks with PowerShell; Bash experience is desirable
  • Practical experience with container technologies such as Docker
  • Kubernetes experience is an advantage
  • A self-directed, organized, and solution-focused working style
  • The ability to stay organized in demanding situations and analyze problems effectively
  • Willingness to join on-call rotations after onboarding
