Data Visualization Analyst - TaskUs (Hybrid, Pasig)
TaskUs is seeking a Data Visualization Analyst to build SQL, Python, and Power BI dashboards for its outsourced digital services operations. The role turns complex data into clear, actionable reports for business and technical stakeholders.
Description
- Create efficient, high-impact reports and visualizations for business and technical audiences
- Simplify large and complex datasets so they are easier to understand and use
- Transform, enhance, and integrate data to meet business needs
- Oversee data federation processes
- Develop and maintain documentation for report usage
- Present data to users in a clear and engaging format
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders across Business Insights, Data Engineering, Operations, and Support
- Keep dashboard and report information accurate and current
Requirements
- Demonstrated practical experience with SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Experience with ETL processes and databases or data warehouses used to build Power BI reports
- Comfort working with large volumes of information while understanding the broader context
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and sound critical-thinking skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Strong mathematics skills are optional but preferred
- Ability to take initiative independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Information Technology
- Master’s degree in Statistics
- Programming experience is an advantage
- Willingness to work night shifts beginning at 9 p.m. or later
- Willingness to work rotating shifts when required
- Willingness to work from home and report onsite when needed
- Available to start immediately or within 30 days
