Description

  • Deliver migration, modernisation, and platform initiatives spanning data engineering, integration, analytics, governance, and cloud services
  • Partner with clients and delivery teams to clarify requirements and resolve technical problems
  • Take part in client workshops and shape solution designs
  • Build, test, and implement data solutions aligned with client goals, delivery needs, and quality standards
  • Assist business development through proposals, technical solution design, and identifying further opportunities
  • Support engagement delivery, financial oversight, solution development, and intellectual property creation
  • Coach and assist junior colleagues
  • Expand capability across data technologies, delivery approaches, and consulting methods

Requirements

  • Experience delivering data platform, engineering, migration, integration, analytics, or governance projects in consulting or enterprise settings
  • Hands-on experience with modern data and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, DBT, Fivetran, Azure, AWS, or comparable technologies
  • Working knowledge of cloud-hosted applications, managed services, systems integration, and enterprise technology environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Confidence collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary project teams
  • Ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining quality in a collaborative setting
  • Relevant tertiary qualification, technical certification, or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to earn client trust, manage complexity, and deliver meaningful outcomes
  • A consulting approach with the judgement to offer trusted advice
  • Specialist knowledge spanning data platforms, engineering, integration, migration, analytics, and governance
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues, evaluating options, and carrying solutions through to completion
  • Commercial understanding of client priorities, delivery risk, quality standards, and business outcomes
  • Adaptable, curious approach with a commitment to continuous learning
