Description

  • Develop practical skills through meaningful projects in a collaborative internship environment
  • Support the assigned team with day-to-day responsibilities
  • Take part in internship events, professional development sessions, networking, and leadership activities
  • Partner with product designers and UX researchers to enhance digital platform experiences
  • Contribute to product management, agile delivery, and marketplace initiatives for enterprise data products
  • Support policy creation, metadata governance, and data quality work
  • Assist with model development, data science initiatives, and business analysis
  • Contribute to change management, stakeholder coordination, and program execution
  • Support organizational design, capability modeling, and operating model transformation

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited college or university
  • Studying business administration, management, change management, risk management, operations management and information systems, computer science, business analytics, information systems, data science, statistics, human-computer interaction, UX design, psychology, public policy, or a related field
  • Expected to graduate between December 2027 and summer 2028
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Interest in financial markets and the financial services sector
  • Analytical, data interpretation, problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic thinking abilities demonstrated through coursework or prior internship experience
  • Leadership and collaboration demonstrated through projects or extracurricular activities
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship
