Data Analyst II - Islamabad Hybrid
Motive is seeking a Data Analyst II to build dashboards and develop SQL analytics for its fleet-management platform. The role provides Customer Support and product leaders with KPI visibility and automated reporting.
Description
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports with HEX, Retool, and Salesforce reporting tools
- Develop advanced SQL queries to retrieve, transform, and analyze data from multiple systems
- Work with Customer Support, Product, Services, and Sales Engineering leaders to define data needs and deliver insights
- Improve reporting consistency and accuracy so leaders can reliably monitor KPIs
- Conduct detailed analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement
- Create scalable, automated reporting solutions for cross-functional initiatives
- Coordinate with data engineering and BI teams on data sources, definitions, and governance
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and transforming data
- Experience with HEX or Retool for dashboard development and data storytelling is preferred
- Strong business understanding and KPI expertise across pre- and post-sales functions, including Support, Sales Engineering, Services or customer onboarding, and Customer Support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, careful attention to detail, and a consistent focus on accuracy
- Practical experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Experience using Python or R for data manipulation and automation
- Previous experience supporting Customer Support, Services, or Sales Engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations
- Employees must be authorized to receive and access Motive products and technology
