Consultant Chemist

Yordas Group is seeking a consultant chemist to develop analytical testing strategies, interpret chemical data, and produce scientifically rigorous reports. The role supports client-led regulatory projects through expert guidance and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Description

  • Develop and apply robust analytical testing strategies for diverse chemical substances
  • Coordinate analytical testing with external laboratories and monitor its delivery
  • Evaluate and interpret test results with scientific precision
  • Write thorough analytical study reports that meet rigorous scientific standards
  • Support colleagues across multidisciplinary teams to help deliver successful project outcomes
  • Contribute specialist chemistry expertise to client projects and the delivery of regulatory services worldwide

Requirements

  • PhD or MSc in Chemistry, ideally with an organic chemistry focus
  • Working knowledge of contemporary analytical methods and complex experimental data interpretation
  • Substantial experience producing detailed analytical study reports
  • Understanding of chemical regulations is advantageous; training is available
